- Manage a team size of at least 10 members or higher
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to team members, Identify goals and factors that improve member performance.
- Being responsible for ensuring that all services of team are delivered within the SLA
- Being responsible for leading the team to perform company policy, process & strategies, BPO quality management and Quality assurance.
- Provide team members with necessary support and assistance to keep team morale andensure the smooth operation of the team
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, utilising clear goals and objective setting to help the team succeed
- Being responsible for running new projects and providing high quality training to the team
