Responsibilities
• You will have to take end-to-end ownership of the category with primary responsibility being servicing and maintaining the equipment to keep up for production.
• Perform Routine Inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose the issue to determine the root cause of equipment failures.
• Knowledge of Siemens, PLC and scanner configuration.
• Responsible for implementing the FES system for maintenance.
• Proficiency to solve repeat breakdown through 8D, why Analysis, Fish Bone diagram, QRCI methodology.
• You will have to develop the breakdown maintenance schedule for machine, electrical, mechanical and program related issues.
• As part of the entire ownership, you will have to Increase the machine uptime by preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance strategies.
• You will have to upkeep the utility maintenance including DG, compressors, HVAC, AHU, STP and Electricals in the plant.
• You will be expected to work closely with the cross functional team during the design and development phase and provide FMEA inputs during finalization of the part/machine/electrical specifications on NPD/Existing plant improvement projects.
• It is an expectation that you identify and develop a utility requirement planning and commissioning of expansion plan/new plant/existing plant improvement.
• You will have to establish cost and quality improvement with machine safety techniques implementation for machines and electrical equipment.
• You will also have to execute contracts with suppliers to secure commitment on cost, quality and delivery and mitigate potential risks associated with product/machines being procured.
• You will have to drive energy saving projects along with other cross functional teams to optimize use of the electricity and other energy sources.
