Senior Full Stack Developer (Focus on ReactJS and NodeJS/PHP)

Objective: We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer (5+ years experience) to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, specializing in ReactJS, NodeJS, and PHP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing our web applications to deliver seamless and efficient user experiences. Experience in building microservice applications is a plus.
Work Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 12 PM - 9 PM (Vietnam Time).
Contract Duration: A minimum of 3 months, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
Location: Hanoi/HCMC/Remote (Must be able to work according to Vietnam Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance front-end interfaces using advanced CSS/HTML, ReactJS or NextJS, and React Native.
- Build and maintain scalable and efficient back-end services using NodeJS and/or PHP (Yii or CodeIgniter), and MySQL.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs to integrate front-end and back-end aspects of our applications.
- Architect and implement robust microservice applications, ensuring they are scalable, manageable, and reliable.
- Ensure robustness, performance, and security of the applications by implementing modern optimization techniques.
- Manage version control using Git and maintain development environments in Linux Ubuntu OS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Continuously research and implement new technologies and frameworks to improve application performance and development processes.

Front End Requirements:
- Proficient in CSS/HTML and front-end development.
- Expertise in ReactJS or NextJS, and React Native.
- Strong experience with REST APIs and handling JSON outputs.
- Familiarity with Git repositories and version control practices.
- Comfortable with Linux Ubuntu OS for development purposes.
Back End Requirements:
- Extensive experience (4+ years minimum) with PHP and at least one PHP framework such as Yii or CodeIgniter OR proficiency in NodeJS (4+ years minimum) for building scalable server-side applications.
- Experienced in MySQL database management and performance optimization.
- Skilled in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in full stack development, with significant expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and/or PHP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in building microservice architectures.
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
