Objective: We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer (5+ years experience) to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, specializing in ReactJS, NodeJS, and PHP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing our web applications to deliver seamless and efficient user experiences. Experience in building microservice applications is a plus.
Work Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 12 PM - 9 PM (Vietnam Time).
Contract Duration: A minimum of 3 months, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
Location: Hanoi/HCMC/Remote (Must be able to work according to Vietnam Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance front-end interfaces using advanced CSS/HTML, ReactJS or NextJS, and React Native.
- Build and maintain scalable and efficient back-end services using NodeJS and/or PHP (Yii or CodeIgniter), and MySQL.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs to integrate front-end and back-end aspects of our applications.
- Architect and implement robust microservice applications, ensuring they are scalable, manageable, and reliable.
- Ensure robustness, performance, and security of the applications by implementing modern optimization techniques.
- Manage version control using Git and maintain development environments in Linux Ubuntu OS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Continuously research and implement new technologies and frameworks to improve application performance and development processes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development and strong proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Yii2, along with good knowledge of MySQL, Git, Linux, and SOAP/REST API development using PHP.
Work Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 12 PM - 9 PM (Vietnam Time).

Location: Hanoi (preferred), Ho Chi Minh City, or Remote.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend PHP development
- Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks, particularly Yii2.
- Proficiency in MySQL database design and optimization.
- Experience in SOAP/REST API development using PHP.
- Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Comfortable working with Linux-based systems and commands.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
Additional Desirable Skills:
- Experience in building microservice architectures is highly desired.
- Familiarity with other PHP frameworks and Node.js.
- Knowledge of other databases such as MongoDB.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
