iDeaLogic Vietnam is company that specializes in setting up teams of dedicated developers to work directly with one of our clients from Europe. You will effectively join their product development team.
Our teams follow Agile development principles and very close cooperation and communication is needed with our clients. Daily standups take place from our local offices, or team members can join from home if working remotely.
Online collaboration tools of either iDeaLogic or client are used to work in an effective and transparent way, where our team members are given lots of responsibilities to shine and proactivity is promoted and highly encouraged.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set-up new computers (Installation O/S, networks, and Software)
Provide IT support for the end-users
Troubleshoot – hardware and software issues
