CUSTOMER SERVICE (Chăm sóc khách hàng)

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle and manage purchase orders, inquiries, complaints from customers via hotline, email,
and chat;
Work closely with stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries, complaints;
Provide excellent post-sales service and follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction;
Perform administration tasks involving job-posting, company information, and employer’s
account that ensure a good outcome;
Perform tasks as assigned to improve customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in any subject is acceptable;
At least 1 year experience in Sales, CS is preferred;
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
Team player with a positive attitude and commitment;
Be able to read and write emails in English;
Experience in Recruitment Platform is a plus.
