1.         Conduct thorough inspections of footwear products at various stages of the production process, including material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product inspection.

2.         Perform visual and functional tests to identify any defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities in footwear products.

3.         Verify that all components, materials, and processes used in the production of footwear meet the required standards and specifications.

4.         Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality control procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

5.         Implement and maintain quality control checklists, inspection plans, and sampling procedures to ensure consistent product quality.

6.         Monitor and analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

7.         Investigate and analyze customer complaints or product returns related to quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

8.         Conduct regular audits of production lines, equipment, and processes to identify potential areas of improvement or non-compliance.

9.         Provide guidance and training to production staff on quality control procedures, product specifications, and quality standards.

10.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, and suppliers, to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Thực hiện kiểm tra toàn diện các giai đoạn trong quá trình sản xuất giày dép, bao gồm kiểm tra vật liệu, kiểm tra quy trình và kiểm tra sản phẩm cuối cùng.
2. Thực hiện kiểm tra hình ảnh và chức năng để phát hiện bất kỳ khuyết điểm, không nhất quán hoặc không đáp ứng yêu cầu nào trong sản phẩm giày dép.
3. Xác nhận rằng tất cả các thành phần, vật liệu và quy trình được sử dụng trong quá trình sản xuất giày dép đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn và quy định cần thiết.
4. Cộng tác với đội ngũ sản xuất để đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng, hướng dẫn công việc và quy trình hoạt động tiêu chuẩn.
5. Thực hiện và duy trì các biểu mẫu kiểm soát chất lượng, kế hoạch kiểm tra và quy trình lấy mẫu để đảm bảo sự nhất quán của chất lượng sản phẩm.
6. Theo dõi và phân tích dữ liệu sản xuất và các chỉ số chất lượng để xác định xu hướng, mô hình và lĩnh vực cần cải tiến.
7. Điều tra và phân tích các khiếu nại từ khách hàng hoặc việc trả lại sản phẩm liên quan đến vấn đề chất lượng, và thực hiện các biện pháp sửa chữa và phòng ngừa.
8. Thường xuyên kiểm tra và đánh giá dây chuyền sản xuất, thiết bị và quy trình để xác định các lĩnh vực cần cải thiện hoặc không đáp ứng yêu cầu.
9. Cung cấp hướng dẫn và đào tạo cho nhân viên sản xuất về các quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng, quy cách sản phẩm và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
10. Cộng tác với các nhóm chức năng khác như nhóm phát triển sản phẩm và nhà cung cấp để giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng và thúc đẩy các biện pháp cải tiến liên tục.
