Author Pham Hong Anh was born on November 22, 1998 in Ha Nam. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Faculty of Business Administration, Banking Academy in 2019. After graduating, she decided to completely change direction to writing when she realized that "content" is exactly what helps her live life to the fullest. 

Before that, right from the first year of university, the stepping stone of being a business student helped Hong Anh have many opportunities to be exposed to many important knowledge of the Marketing - Advertising industry, especially the content sector and felt especially attracted. 

She began to research and seek opportunities to collaborate with many news sites and businesses in many different fields. First, there were content posts on Fanpage, then gradually there were in-depth blog posts based on topics. During more than a year working as a content contributor, Hong Anh honed many communication skills as well as honed her writing skills. At the beginning of her second year of university, the desire to delve deeper into writing came to her mind, with the idea of ​​collaborating with major newspapers. 

With the accumulated experience, the ability to grasp information quickly and dynamically, since her second year of university, Hong Anh has become a familiar writer for many newspapers such as Lao Dong, Tien Phong, Doanh Nhan Viet Nam in the news section - about businesses, even essays, stories for teenagers in magazines, news sites for young people. 

Her knowledge spanning many fields has created depth for Hong Anh's writings and allowed the 20-year-old girl to demonstrate her creative ability in any topic. Wherever she goes, readers can find the freshness and solidity in the young author's pen. 

Although not as romantic as those of the girls in the literature industry, Hong Anh's writings attract readers because of their youthfulness, ease of understanding, and practicality. She believes that "The writing does not necessarily have to be flowery or lull readers to sleep with empty, beautiful words, but must contain the writer's heart. Each sentence must be "distilled" from standard knowledge and practical experiences and bring readers something meaningful. This is the red thread running through Hong Anh's writing from her student days to her graduation and official work. 

Since March 2019, Hong Anh has chosen 365 Human Resources Company Limited - one of the leading online human resource recruitment companies in Vietnam for her internship in Marketing Management with the main role of managing the Blog system on the website and editing the job search section. With her accumulated experience, solid writing style, experience, rich and diverse vocabulary... she has caught the attention of the company's Human Resources Recruitment Board. After completing the 3-month long internship, Pham Hong Anh was officially accepted as an Editor at 365 Human Resources Company Limited. She has worked here since June 2019. 

In real life, the young author is a cheerful person, loves reading books, and participates in social activities with the motto "The difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is not in strength, knowledge or understanding, but in will. Where there is a will, there is a way, this truth is always true at all times."
